Placing your Order
No, you are welcome to use the guest checkout to complete your order. Setting up an account speeds up the order process, where you can use this account to see your order history, save your personal details safely and securely.
Once payment has been accepted and transaction has been processed. We will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your order. This email will include your order number, your billing information and shipping details. If you have not received a confirmation email after placing your order, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
Unfortunately not all orders can be cancelled
We accept all major credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
We will take payment as soon as your order is placed. You will be sent a confirmation email confirming that payment has been processed from your chosen method.
Shipping and Delivery
We will try our best to process your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, you will be sent a tracking number.
Free delivery are entitled to orders of HK$600 or above.
For orders below HK$600, deliver charge is calculated on the check out page. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
All orders are delivered on a tracked service. We will send the tracking number along with the shipping confirmation email once dispatched from our warehouse.
